Jeremy joined the trust at the start of 2025 as the Trust Strategic Development Lead, having previously supported the trust as an external consultant through 2024.

Jeremy is tasked with supporting individual trust schools and the broader multi-academy trust with delivering their strategic objectives. He ensures that the trust offer effectively adapts to support the strategic needs of the organisation and provides bespoke support to schools around key areas such as admissions, attendance, data systems and reporting, policies and compliance.

Having started his career as a music teacher and serving as a Senior Leader in school settings for the last 10 years, he is passionate about ensuring that systems and structures are streamlined within both a trust and individual school setting, to enable the focus of schools to be on ensuring a high quality education provision for the communities and young people that they serve
