Rich strongly believes in the potential of every child in education, and has championed disadvantaged students across a number of establishments, and has a commitment to raise standards in every single school. He works with a number of Alternative Provision providers, to ensure that every single child can achieve their very best. As a Business Studies teacher, he works with each community to involve local businesses and develop the careers provision within schools in order to provide opportunities for each student.
