Sue manages the teams delivering central business and financial support, working with the Director of HR and other central staff to ensure that schools have access to professional expertise and that systems meet the demands of a growing organisation to maximise effectiveness across the Trust. Sue believes that effective business and resource management can support and enable school leaders to deliver excellent outcomes for all pupils across the Trust.

Sue joined the Trust in July 2021 and has held strategic executive financial posts in two previous Trusts. She has an MBA, is a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders and is an accredited SRMA (School Resource Management Advisor).
