Rob has been with The Wellington Academy since it opened in 2009.  Having previously taught at a secondary school just outside of Bath.  Rob wanted to become a teacher because he strongly believes that having the best possible education and attaining good qualifications is the best possible start in life for a young person and the key to future success as an adult.

As Headteacher he feels privileged to be able to provide these opportunities for all of the students at The Wellington Academy.
