Carolyn’s career in Higher Education spans 22 years as a lecturing academic with the last 10 years including significant management and quality assurance responsibilities. Carolyn’s experiences include design and delivery of undergraduate and degree apprenticeship programmes; liaison with key large employers such as the NHS; oversight of student experience, voice and outcomes; responsibility for meeting quality assurance and professional body accreditation expectations; oversight and responsibility for key metrics and reporting mechanisms (National student survey; graduate employment outcomes; Teaching Excellence Framework). In addition, Carolyn’s external roles include being an accreditation panel chair for the National School of Healthcare Science.

Carolyn also serves as Governor at Kingsbury Green Academy.
