Emma thoroughly enjoyed her time as a headteacher and amassed a huge amount of knowledge and experience in school improvement, developing a passion for pedagogy and exceptional teaching and learning practices to create a culture of excellence. Prior to that Emma worked in special education and alternative provision.

Emma is an Attachment Lead teacher and has taken part in research into trauma informed practice and the use of conscious discipline to support pupils to be successful in their schooling and get them ready for the next stage of life so they can go on to be the best they can be.
