Esther is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and leads a team of HR professionals to support the Headteachers and senior leaders. She has extensive experience in a wide range of generalist HR activities including employee engagement and wellbeing, recruitment and retention including reward and benefits, managing sickness, employee relations and managing change.

As a member of the Executive Team, Esther works to provide an excellent HR, Marketing and PR service to the schools within the Ascend Learning Trust.

Esther believes in putting people first and at the heart of the schools, she wants to create a positive working environment for all to work in. Esther has been involved in voluntary and charity work supporting local groups in Swindon and National charities.
