COaET
The Central Operations and Education Team (COaET) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every school within Ascend Learning Trust receives the support it needs to thrive. Accountable to the CEO and Executive Team, COaET works in close partnership with school leaders to uphold the Trust’s values, foster a sense of belonging, and drive continuous improvement.
The Central Operations and Education Team is responsible for delivering the Trust’s Core Offer, which provides schools with high-quality, consistent and expert support across key areas including teaching and learning, curriculum development, HR, SEND, estates, IT, finance and governance. This comprehensive support offer is designed to empower school leaders, enhance pupil outcomes and ensure that every academy benefits from the collective strength of the Trust.
