Heather has a decade of experience in the secondary education sector in both state and independent schools. Starting in 2015 as a Design Technology teacher and now working as an Assistant Headteacher, focusing on Alternative Provision and closing the gap for disadvantaged students.  She has successfully led academic departments, mentored Early Career Teachers, and contributed to senior leadership teams, building expertise in educational leadership and team development.

With a degree in Military History, Heather combines strategic insight and clear communication to thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.

Outside of education, she is a competitive triathlete, earning a bronze medal at the 2021 World Multisport Championships and completing the Tallinn Ironman in 2022.
