Nicholas Adams-Nel - Chair of Trustees
Nick is an accomplished Educationalist and Education Manager with a broad and specific scope of management experience within schools of all types. Nick is also very experienced with school governance, being a chair of Governors for a Federation within Luton.
Nick has over 10 years of experience within Education, having worked in all Early years, Primary, Secondary, FE and HE sectors, as well as the management of over 60 Local Authority Schools in Luton. Nick has been a headteacher of a standalone sixth form college in Eastbourne and has worked as a behaviour for learning lead and data technician for inner city London schools. Nick has significant experience in Special Educational needs and is currently working on building two new special schools from inception, having already built or expanded 3 special schools on to new sites, as well as multiple learning or SEND hubs.
Nick is also a fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute and has a Master of Research (MRes) in Anthropology, and still pursues these academic interests. Along with this, Nick enjoys travelling and experiencing cultures around the world.
