Our Executive Team
At Ascend Learning Trust, our Executive Team is committed to delivering excellence in education and fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement across all our academies. Guided by our shared values and strategic vision, the team works together to ensure every learner thrives and every member of our community feels a strong sense of belonging.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), accountable to the Board of Trustees, holds strategic responsibility for the leadership and management of all academies within Ascend Learning Trust. Additionally, the CEO leads the Trust in achieving the strategic aims set by the Board of Trustees.
With a focus on delivering the highest standards in teaching and learning, attainment, achievement, and curriculum development, the CEO also ensures the effective and efficient delivery of corporate services across the Trust.
Supporting the CEO is a dedicated team comprising the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Secondary and Primary Education Directors, the Director of School Improvement, and the HR Director. Each member contributes valuable expertise and shares a strong commitment to empowering our schools and the communities they serve.
