Trust Education Leadership Team (TELT)

Our Educational Leadership Team brings together the CEO, the Executive Team and the Headteachers of each academy across the Trust. This collaborative group plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction of our schools and ensuring that leadership is informed, responsive and aligned with our shared values.

The Educational Leadership Team is committed to working closely with all academies to understand their individual contexts, respond to challenges and provide meaningful support. Together, they design and develop school improvement initiatives that drive excellence and lead to sustained, high-quality outcomes for every learner.
